I had painful chronic muscular tension all over my body (“fibromyalgia”) from age 18 to age 30. I expected it to continue forever. But that was not to be.
Luckily, I discovered sciences of both the body and the mind, and was able to develop methods of movement and conscious focus, which allowed me to completely cure myself.

This is a completely customized approach that fully takes into account your personal situation. The exercises we do will always be exactly at your level of comfort to ensure steady progress.
We’ll be working with 6 core competencies:
1) Activating Dormant Muscles
It’s likely that many of your muscles have become “dormant” or “inactive”. They are probably also tight and very weak.
We need to bring those back to life by using your “mind-muscle” connection to consciously contract them.
I know exercises to awaken every muscle of the body, so we’ll bring your whole muscular system back online.
2) Move Joints Correctly
Years of chronic tension has probably corrupted your movement patterns. I’ve learned all the correct patterns of the body from studying gymnastics, martial arts and ballet.
You will learn to move every single joint of your body correctly, meaning, in an efficient, low-tension way.
3) Advanced Tension Release Techniques
Activating muscles and moving joints is foundational, but this is where the magic happens.
I have personally developed hundreds of special techniques unknown to professionals in massage, physiotherapy, chiropractic and so on.
I’ll coach you to do them during our 1-on-1 sessions, and I’ll also enable you to independently perform them in your own time.
You will feel like a wizard. You will be able to release tensions from your muscles literally on command.
4) Emotional and Intellectual Introspection
Introspection means looking inward and asking “What do I feel?” and “Why do I feel it?”
No tension can be released without introspection (because chronic muscular tension is a mind-body phenomenon).
You will learn to develop the relationship between your mind, emotions and muscles so that you can work with them altogether.
You will not only improve your muscles, you will also develop a healthy emotional system, and a clearer mind.
5) Efficient Movement Patterns and Mobility
You will also learn to change your movement patterns to be more efficient and graceful.
You’ll learn optimized movement patterns from gymnastics, ballet and qigong.
I like to say that you’ll learn to “glide” through life. Your muscles and joints will work in harmony and everyday movement will be pleasurable.
This will make you feel very high energy and healthy in your body.
